Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: What exactly is The GoalGetter: 8-Weeks to Overcome Mental Roadblocks? Is it psychotherapy or counseling?
A: It is a 1-on-1, virtual coaching program that I designed to help you identify and overcome any psychological roadblocks or obstacles that are holding you back from achieving your goals and living your best life.
There will be one 30-minute initial consultation session and eight 50-minute personalized weekly coaching sessions.
You and I will work together to set goals, get to the bottom of what is holding you back, shift your mindset, implement more productive behaviors, reduce stress, increase healthy assertiveness, and learn and utilize effective problem-solving strategies.
This program is a mental health and wellness coaching service. It is not psychotherapy or counseling.
Q: How much does The GoalGetter: 8-Weeks to Overcome Mental Roadblocks cost?
A: The fee for the initial 30-minute consultation session is $50.00. Once a plan is agreed upon, coaching sessions will be charged at the rate of $200.00 per 50-minute weekly session.
If you choose to pay for the entire 8-week program at once, you will receive one of your 8 coaching sessions for free! Your one-time payment for the entire GoalGetter coaching program (plus all program materials!) will be $1,400.
