Cranberry Walnut Salad
Mixed Greens or Baby Spinach
Thinly Sliced Red Onion
Honey Dijon Vinaigrette
Honey Dijon Mustard
Pink Himalayan Salt
Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey dijon mustard, honey, pink himalayan salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place mixed greens/baby spinach in a serving bowl. Top with cranberries, walnuts and red onion. Toss mixed greens/baby spinach together with as much vinaigrette as you'd like. Enjoy!
