About the Recipe
This tropical green smoothie is packed with delicious tropical flavors: mango, pineapple, orange, and banana. Throw in some spinach and a drizzle of honey and you have a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup - Orange Juice (high pulp is my favorite!
1 cup - Spinach
1 cup - Mango
1 cup - Pineapple
1 whole - Banana
1 drizzle - Honey
Preparation
Step 1
Pour orange juice into blender. Â Add mango, pineapple, banana, spinach, and a drizzle of honey. Â Cover blender with lid and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into one to two glasses and serve immediately. Otherwise, place in the fridge until ready to enjoy. If smoothie separates in the fridge, stir before serving.
